Common questions
How do I delete my account and data?
Open More → Settings → Your data → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also export your data first from the same screen.
How do I log a workout, meal, or supplement?
Just tell the coach in plain language, by text or voice, or tap the + to add a photo of a meal or label. The coach confirms before saving.
Is the coaching medical advice?
No. Dux Coach provides general fitness and habit-coaching information generated with AI. It is not medical, health, or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing exercise, diet, or supplements. See our Terms.
